Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you all know we are still here and still alive! We haven't had any news yet and our caseworker called this week to tell us the county still has not approved our homestudy yet. They still have about 50-60 days to approve it, so no worrys.
We're almost done with the nursery and when I get some pictures on the walls I will post photos.
Thanks to everyone for your prayers and words of encouragement! They mean so much to us.

Hey Vanessa!
Since I'm not as familiar with the private adoption stuff, I was wondering if you can have a baby placed with you before the homestudy is approved. I can't wait to see pics of your nursery, but especially of your new little bundle of joy!
